Karela is the first in our Sustainability Series: an exhibition of the crops we grow that prove themselves to be especially well-suited to our local climate. Karela (commonly known as bitter melon) thrives in our humid, sometimes unpredictable climate, vining into a dense canopy and yielding a profusion of peculiar, textural fruit.
